December 21, 2020 – Evoqua Water Technologies (NYSE: AQUA) announced it had acquired the industrial water business of privately-held Ultrapure & Industrial Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Driessen Water, Inc. Franklin Nova’s Valuation Advisory Practice, led by Franklin Nova founder Brian Sarkis, worked closely with Evoqua’s finance team during the acquisition process.
