 8. COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (“COPPA”)

 The Website is not designed or intended for children under the age of thirteen (a “Child”) and may not be used by a Child.  Franklin Nova will delete any information that Franklin Nova suspects may relate to a Child.

9NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

 Shine the Light: Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents have the right to ask us once a year if we have shared their personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
