The Franklin Nova Group announced it has successfully advised MedWaste Ohio, LLC (MedWaste) on their sale to Daniels Health (Daniels), a global health care waste services provider. By securing an exceptional exit valuation with favorable terms, Franklin Nova continues to demonstrate a unique ability to support mid-market clients.
