With diversified experience in corporate and business development, transaction management, and compliance, Nathan serves Franklin Nova clientele across all practice areas. In addition to direct client relationship management, Nathan provides critical process management expertise that results in efficient delivery of customer-specific solutions.

Prior to joining Franklin Nova, Nathan managed strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate development initiatives for one of the largest energy producers in the United States. He began his career at a global accounting and business consulting firm where he provided valuation services to both private and public companies with assets ranging from $10M to $2B.

When not in the office, Nathan can be found pushing through a CrossFit workout or trudging across the golf course. He and his wife enjoy traveling to destinations new and old, and adoring their dog, Charlie.
